Instructions Preheat oven to 350°. Spread onion slices evenly on a rimmed baking sheet, and place ribs, bone side down, on top. Pour beer over ribs, sprinkle ribs with my Rib Rub. Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake 3 hours or until tender. Fire up the grill.

The first time we ordered from here it was tender juicy & sauced up but the sides were bland. The second time the ribs were mediocre and the sides were bland again. This third and final time the ribs had no sauce at all at as you can see and were super dried out. After waiting for over an hour we received cold bland ribs.
